  1. Click the Windows button above to download the app. No setup needed — server settings are pre-baked.
  2. Run the downloaded file. Click Run if Windows SmartScreen warns about the publisher.
  3. Read out the 9-digit ID shown on the main screen to your engineer.
  4. Click Accept when the connection prompt appears.
  1. Click the macOS button above and unzip the file you receive.
  2. Open RustDesk.dmg from inside the unzipped folder, then drag RustDesk to Applications.
  3. Double-click Configure-IT-MSP.command. If macOS warns it's from an unidentified developer, right-click → OpenOpen.
  4. RustDesk launches with our settings already applied. Read your 9-digit ID to your engineer, then click Accept when prompted.
  1. Download the Linux AppImage above. Make it executable: chmod +x rustdesk-*.AppImage
  2. Run it. Click the ⋮ menu (top-right) → NetworkID/Relay/API Server.
  3. Paste the three server settings shown below, then click OK.
  4. Read your 9-digit ID to your engineer and accept the connection prompt.
